PRINCIPAL APPEALS AGAINST PAYMENT OF CORPORATE TAX BY PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES

 

The Principal of the University College, Very Rev. S. K. Adjepong has called on government to repeal the law that makes it mandatory for private tertiary institutions to pay corporate tax and to also plead with mentor institutions to reduce affiliation fees and quote them directly in Ghana Cedis and not in dollars.   A Nigerian student of MUCG Ms. Afolabi Adebola Olusola of the English Department on behalf of the graduating class has praised MUCG for giving them a real feel of the true Ghanaian hospitality.
