Registration Steps

The first semester, 2015/2016 academic year for students admitted in January 2016 will commence on Friday February 5, 2016.

1.0 Dates and Venue for Registration:
 

Centralised registration will take place from Friday February 5 to Friday February 12,       2016 in the Information Technology (IT) Laboratory.

  With effect from Monday February 15, 2016, registration will continue in the Faculty     Offices.
   
2.0 Times for Registration
  Day Session and Evening Session Students: 9:00 am - 4:00pm
  Evening Session Students: 5:00pm- 7:00pm
   
3.0 Requirements for Registration
  i. Fresh Students
  Letter of admission, and receipts for full payment of fees will be inspected before students are allowed to go through the procedure for registration
   
4.0 Procedure for Registration
  i. Inspection of letter of admission and receipt for payment of fees.
  Student should present his/her letter of admission and receipt for payment of his/her fees at the Admissions Desk.
  ii. Entry of name in Notebook
 

Student will be required to write his/her name, index number, and Level in the notebook provided at the Admissions Desk.

5.0 Registration of Course
 

Student should next proceed to the Registration point.  Student should have his    photograph taken for his/her ID Card and proceed to register his/her courses.  He/she will            be given a print-out of his/her registered courses.

Student will also be required to write his/her name in his/her respective Faculty’s   notebook.

6.0 Checking of Signed Print-out of Registration Courses
 

Student should check that his/her print-out of the registered courses has been signed by    his/her Faculty Officer before he/she leaves the Computer Laboratory/Registration Centre.

7.0 Failure to Register
  Students who do not register their courses in the semester cannot write the end-of-     semester-examinations.
