Founded in the year 2000, the MUCG library is one of the largest and leading academic libraries of the private universities in Ghana. The fully computerized library provides a dynamic, relevant and evolving collection of resources to support the university college mission of teaching, learning, research and public service.
The main library is located at Dansoman with two branch libraries at Tema and Wenchi campuses.
 
 
 

The library provides the following services to support the University College mission of teaching, learning, research and public services.

• Provide access to information/knowledge.
• Book lending services.
• Reference and researchservices (CAS, SDI, QAS).
• Internet services.
• Photocopy services.
• Manual/Electronic literature searches.
• Inter library lending/referral services.
• Training/Orientation on the use of the library/information retrieval.
• Developing an Institutional Repository for MUCG/Staff publications.

The vision of the library is to provide exemplary services that demonstrate a commitment to meeting the individual and collective information needs of the clienteles
 
 
To enhance and enrich teaching, learning and research endeavours of the University College by delivering flexible access to extensive and relevant information resources.
 
 
The library presently has five main sections namely:
• Acquisition and Cataloguing
• Circulation
• Reference
• Electronic Support
• Library Administration
 
 
The library has a staff strength of sixteen (16) made up of professional and para professional Librarians.
