MUCG WELCOMES NEW SENIOR MEMBERS
 
TAn orientation programme has been organized for newly appointed senior members for the University College at the Dansoman campus Accra.
New senior members for the University College have been welcomed and prepared to join the University community to help achieve the University goals. Senior Members have been asked to seek the welfare of the students and guide them along the lines as they add value to themselves in MUCG.
Speaking at the orientation programme, Mr. Owusu Sekyere a senior lecturer in the English and general studies department urged senior members to read to know, learn to know and know to teach.
He cautioned them to organized themselves well to make their lecturing attractive in order to lead the students to achieve their objectives as students. He added that organization is the key note to success.
Among the senior members was the newly appointed senior Assistant Registrar for Tema Campus Bishop Aheamfour –Yeboah after the death of the late Emefa Koffie the then Assistant Registrar for Tema Campus.
Speaking to with some of the participants, they were very impressed with the speakers ' focus on the vision of the University and their commitment to inclusion and excellence.
Others were also impressed by the number of staff members who participated in the Information and who had so much helpful and relevant information for us.
In other words, some said they were Very much appreciated having such an array of senior people take time out of their schedules to personally deliver their messages. This demonstrates the importance they place on both the message content and on the people who are joining the University community.
To hear the corporate vision and culture described particularly by leaders confirmed for them that this institution is a good fit for them.
