| MUCG RECIEVES BOOKS |
| The Methodist University College Ghana has received
a set of books from Amazing Grace Charity Organization at the Dansoman
campus Accra. Amazing Grace Charity Organization is a non Governmental Organization whose aim is to care and make sure Orphans, widows and widowers are fed, cloth and sheltered. Amazing Grace Charity was established in 2006 and currently has 27 children, one widower and has its mission field at Abrorr in the Central Region. |
| According to the President of the organization,
Mrs. Grace Ankrah, the home realized that the books will be of great
benefit to the University and that prompted them to donate the books
to the university so that the fatherless children and orphans can
get access to the books. Among the books donated were Religious and Social Transformation, People in Society, Controlling Crime, Media Audiences etc. Receiving the books, the Principal of the University College Very Rev. Prof. Adjepong thanked the group for their kind gesture and commended them for the good work for the country and humanity and assured them that the books will be put to good use. He also used the opportunity to invite the home to the coming congregation and prayed for peace and wished them God’s blessings. |
